UPDATE: The 8th ASEAN Expo has kicked off in Nanning, China with ZAP Jonway’s line of SUVs on display October 21-26. The prime ministers of 10 countries were expected to tour the exhibition, including Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao, but security was tight and the Expo was closed to the public and exhibitors during the visit. Once it opened, ZAP Jonway’s exhibit flooded with visitors from throughout Southeast Asia. Our line of 3- and 5-door SUVs was on display as well as our prototype electric version. Several potential international auto distributors inquired about bringing the A380 to their countries, both gas and electric.
